Annual Sports Days Kick Off at DJHS Zoodkhun-Shatmerg, Chipurson

The much-anticipated Annual Sports Days at DJHS Zoodkhun-Shatmerg, set amidst the stunning landscape of Chipurson Valley, have officially begun, bringing together six energetic teams: Red Hawks, Champions, Twisters, Challengers, Shining Stars, and Twinkle Stars. The event is aimed at promoting not only physical fitness but also essential skills such as teamwork, leadership, and confidence-building among students.

The multi-day event sees students engaging in a range of activities designed to challenge their mental and physical endurance, fostering a sense of camaraderie and healthy competition. 

This year’s Sports Days offer students an ideal opportunity to demonstrate their athletic talents and form lasting friendships against the backdrop of one of the world's most scenic locations.

On the third day of the event, the spotlight was on the football finals, where the Champions (Girls) and Challengers (Boys) emerged victorious in their respective matches. Beyond football, parents actively participated in a variety of activities, including throwball, ring football, races, tug-of-war, and three-legged races, creating a festive atmosphere.

The event was well-attended, with the Council President, social activists, parents, and youth from Ispanj, Shatmerg, and Zoodkhun cheering on the participants. A total of 151 students, supported by 18 teachers, took part in the sports days, showcasing their dedication and hard work.

The winners were awarded trophies and souvenirs, marking the conclusion of a memorable event that highlighted the spirit of sportsmanship and community in Chipurson Valley.
